Enabling Works Underway at Calder Park Site, Wakefield

Following on from the successful award of the earthworks contract in December 2017, B T O’Sullivan Construction Solutions started work on the enabling works to the first phase of the project. These enabling works consisted of forming a new access point including all the relevant access construction, pipework to the ditch crossing, kerbs and site entrance works. 

There future for this project include the import of circa 60,000m3 of material to raise the overall levels of the site. Current existing stockpiles of materials on the site will be comprehensively tested and processed. 

An excellent start to the job, with some great work completed in January to kick start the year.
